Data protection declaration
The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. For this reason, we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). We would like to explain the most important aspects of data processing on our website in this statement.
Contact
If you contact us using the form on our website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be saved for the purpose of processing your request and in the event of additional questions. This data will not be forwarded without your consent.
Data storage
We would like to point out that the IP address of the owner of the Internet connection, the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card number and the data provided by the recipient of the invoice are saved for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract management by the web shop operator with regard to cookies.
In addition, the personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) of the recipient of the service will be stored for contract management purposes. The data you have already made available are necessary for the execution of the contract and pre-contractual measures. Without this data we will not be able to conclude the contract with you. The data will not be passed on to third parties, with the exception of credit card data, which will be sent to the bank/payment service provider for the purpose of charging the purchase price, to our tax consultant for the purpose of complying with our tax obligations, and finally to the IT service providers who ensure the operation of our database, our IT system and our newsletter system. We have concluded an order processing agreement with these operators in accordance with Art. 28 of the DGPR.
If the purchase process is interrupted, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data arising from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period (7 years).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 para. 3 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Art. 6 para. 1 letter a (consent) and/or letter b (necessary for contractual fulfilment) of the DGPR.

How will we use the information about you?
We use your information to fulfill and enforce our service contract with you, to improve and administer the Platform and allow you to use its functionalities. We also use your information to, among other things, show you suggestions, promote the Platform, and serve you targeted advertising.When you use the 3D face modeling function provided by this software, we will collect your face color photos and depth images to create your 3D face model. The 3D face model is composed of 3D model data file and one or more static photos with different definition. These photos will be used to make model thumbnails or model texture images, so as to facilitate you to browse the 3D models. We will collect the pictures you choose to upload or take voluntarily, which will be used to provide you with the service of face recognition using technology. If you do not use the above services, we will not collect your pictures. Only when you click the export button, we share your 3D model via methods you choose. Only when you click save button(if exist), we will upload your 3D model data to the serverfor you to view the 3D model in the history. We promise that your 3D model data will not be used for other purposes, and other services in our software will not upload your 3D model data.

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, transferability, revocation and objection.
